Q: ~ My donors can't donate to the link that I provided.

A: ~ Chances are you aren't giving them the right link.  It should look like this, (but with your name ~ first initial + last name at the end):

http://pages.teamintraining.org/los/la10/rjones   (Los Angeles Marathon)

http://pages.teamintraining.org/los/carlsbad10/rjones  (Carlsbad ½ Marathon)  ~   or

http://pages.teamintraining.org/los/mardigra10/rjones   (Mardi Gras Rock 'n' Roll 1/2 and Full Marathon) ~ depending on your event.

Q: ~ How do I edit my website?

A: ~ You must log in first here:
http://etools.teamintraining.org/signin  ~  (your username and password would be your initial + last name ~ unless you changed them) ~ Follow the prompts.

You can add a photo and customize your website to tell what you are doing and to ask them to donate.

You can update your website any time, and as often as you like.  Keep it up to date so your donors can check on your progress.

You can use various styles (heading, large text, body text) to emphasize and organize your message.

You can also enter a link to a blog or wherever.  Just select text and hit the link (chain) button.  Some people update their page weekly with a log of their training progress.

Photos fit in best if they are 300 pixels across or narrower. Definitely not more that 500 pixels wide or the page format is affected.

Q: ~ What link do I give to my donors?

A: ~ Your link was given to you in your confirmation email when you registered.
It should look like this, (but with your name ~ first initial + last name at the end):

http://etools.teamintraing.org/los and start typing in your name.  Then click on your name to go to your fundraising site.  Copy the address from the browser's address bar.

Q: ~ How can my donors donate to me?

A: ~ Once you have given your friends and families the link to your site, it is easy!  On the left side of your page there is a box with various dollar amounts.  They can click on any amount listed, or other.  From there they will be asked to fill in their name and other information.  The prompts will lead them through it.

Q: ~ How do I add off line donations?

A: ~ Your offline donations will appear on your fundraising site after you send them to Paycor for processing.

Q: ~ What if I have technical problems with my website?
