Welcome to the SGV Spring Team in Training
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training® has trained more than 10,000 Southern California residents to run or walk a marathon or half marathon; cycle a 100-mile century ride; complete an adventure race or a triathlon. Come join us! All participants are involved in a lifesaving mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Practice will be at the Rose Bowl  ~   7:00am.

          ~ Feel free to show up earlier if you have questions. Generally the support staff is there around 6:30 am
Please do not park in the rows directly in front of the Aquatic Center marked RBAC in paint.
The Aquatic Center offers classes to Senior Citizens on Saturday mornings and as a good gesture we would like to make their trip from the parking lot to the water convenient.

Cross Training Opportunity  ~  Aqua Jogging is a great Cross Training Opportunity

Aqua Jogging is a great cardio workout in the pool.  It is exactly what it sounds like, you will be jogging in the water!

If you are interested, or injured, speak to the coaches to figure out a schedule at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center.

Unfortunately, this is not a free workout.  We Aqua Jog at the aquatic center which charges for use of the pool.

One day pass is $10.00 or you can purchase monthly passes if you decide to Aqua Jog often.
