Q: My donors can't donate to the link that I provided.
A:Chances are you aren’t giving them the right link…it should look like this (but with your name): www.active.com/donations/fundraise_public.cfm?key=tntglaSEveret
Q: How do I edit my website?
A: You must log in first here: http://www.active.com/donations/campaign_hq.cfm. Follow the prompts. You can add photos, change the template and color scheme.
Q: What link do I give to my donors?
A: Your link was given to you in your confirmation email when you registered. It should look like this: www.active.com/donations/fundraise_public.cfm?key=tntglaSEveret
If you don’t have it…go here: http://www.active.com/donations/campaign_public.cfm?key=tntgla
and use the pull down menu under “View Fundraising Pages”…Find
your name…your link will show up in the browser window.
Q: How can my donors donate to me?
A: Once you’ve given your friends and families the link to your site…it’s easy…at the bottom of your page there is a box with various dollar amounts…they can click on any amount or other. From there they will be asked to fill in their name and other information…the prompts will lead them through it.
Q: How do I add off line donations?
A: Once you’ve logged in…there is a bar across the top of your page that has tabs…My Active Giving HQ, Customize My Webpage, Send Emails, View Reports and Track Offline Donations…here you can add monies you’ve received in cash or checks.
